STATUTORY DESIGNATIONS:
The respective statutory professional titles of lawyer, notary and notary public were awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany.
PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE:
Lawyers, tax consultants as well as notaries are required by statutory regulations to take out a professional indemnity insurance. This professional liability insurance exists with the Allianz-VersicherungAG in 10900 Berlin.
The geographical scope of the insurance cover is Europe-wide (geographical Europe) and fulfils at least the requirements of the Federal Lawyers‘ Act (BRAO), the Tax Consultants’ Act (StBerG) and the Federal Notaries' Act (BNotO).
